SF/Silicon Valley 9-12 Project & Liberty Volunteers Sponsor a Platoon

The SF/Silicon Valley 9-12 Project teamed with Liberty Volunteers to send food and personal items to the 82nd Airborne Division in Afghanistan throughout the summer. Thirty-five volunteers packed 100 boxes of items donated by group members, dentists, dermatologists, grocery stores, spas, hair salons, Peet’s Coffee, Starbucks Coffee Company, eye doctors, and gyms. The shipping alone was over $2,000 to get all of the items in the hands of these heroes!
